The Jambo Suite accommodates up to eight guests, including four adults and four children under 16 yrs, with two bathrooms and two lounge areas.

This flexible suite is perfect for extended family holidays or two families holidaying together. Enjoying home cooking in the Jambo Suite is easy with a fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining area and even a breakfast bar.

All Jambo Suites can be accessed by lift. For wheelchair access, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to offer a suitable suite.

Just back from 2 weeks in a Jambo Suite. This was our fourth time at the Merton Suites and we would not stay anywhere else in Jersey. The Suites are spacious, modern and clean with all the facilities that you need for a great stay. The balconies are a big bonus.

When's check-in/check-out?

Check-in is from 3.00pm and check-out before 11.00am.

During the winter season when the Merton Hotel is closed, check-in must be between 3.00pm and 9.00pm. Check-out cannot be before 6.00am.

What cooking facilities are there?

The Jambo Suite has a fully equipped kitchen that's perfect for guests who want to cook substantial meals for up to eight guests.

It is equipped with an oven & grill, double electric hob and microwave as well as plenty of pots, pans and utensils.

The Jambo Suite has a dedicated dining area with a table and four chairs as well as a breakfast bar with two stools.

If you still require more space, stow the bunkbeds in the double room and arrange the two-seater sofa and armchair around the table. Kids love this set up.

How big are the bunk beds?

The bunk beds measure 6 ft x 3 ft and can ONLY be used for children under 16 years only.

If you need to accommodate more than two adults, we recommend looking at Trinity Suite.

Alternatively, you could look at booking a two Twin Rooms or a Triple Room in the Merton Hotel.

Is linen provided?

Yes, all bed linen and towels are provided.

Short-term residents will receive a weekly clean as well as fresh towels and linen for the duration of their stay.

The Merton Leisure Club & Aquadome can supply swimming towels for a small deposit.

Are there cots available?

Yes, cots and high chairs are available, please request them at the time of booking.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, for the benefit of all our guests, no pets are allowed in the Merton Suites.

For disability assistance dogs, please contact the reservations team for more information.

Is it non-smoking?

Yes, all of the suites (including the balconies) are non-smoking. There is a designated smokers area in the Merton Suites car park.

Is there air conditioning?

Each suite has an electric fan. There is no air conditioning in the suites.
