General Accommodation Reservations Policies
• All rates and accommodation offers are subject to availability.
• Accommodation offers cannot be combined with other accommodation offers.
• Shortened stays and no-shows incur the same fee as late cancellations for the booked rate.
• These reservation policies apply to bookings made through our website, central reservations office, or directly at the hotel.
• Reservations made through third parties may be subject to policies set by the third party used to book.
• All bookings are subject to the Seymour Hotels of Jersey’s full Terms & Conditions found in this link.
Flexible Rate
• All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a credit card.• Cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge.
• Bookings cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date will be subject to 100% charge of total booking value.
Advance Saver Rate
• Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance of stay.• Reservations are 100% prepaid at the time of booking.
• Payment cannot be refunded.
• Change of dates is not allowed.
• Cancellations made are subject to 100% charge of deposit.
Semi-Flex Saver Rate
• Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance of stay.• Reservations are 100% prepaid at the time of booking.
• Payment cannot be refunded.
• One change to the arrival date is allowed when requested in writing and confirmed more than 10 days before the date of arrival.
• Any date changes that incur a higher price must be paid at the time the re-booking is made and will become part of the non-refundable deposit.
• If the change of date results in a lower price, any remaining balance will be added to a Seymour Pounds card on arrival which can used for food and beverage purchases across the Seymour Group.
• Changes are not allowed within 10 days of the arrival date.
• Cancellations made are subject to 100% charge of deposit.
Half Board for Half Price
• Bookings must be made for a minimum of 4 nights.• Seasonal offer subject to date changes and availability.
• Reservations are 100% prepaid at the time of booking.
• Payment cannot be refunded.
• Change of dates is not allowed.
• Cancellations made are subject to 100% charge of deposit.
• Available for all room types with the exception below:
Valid on standard twin or double rooms only during May and October school half-terms and summer school holidays. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Terms and Conditions apply.
Long Stay Discount (Merton Suites)
• A £1,000 deposit will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.• Cancellations made up to 31 days prior to the arrival date will be free of charge.
• Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date will be subject to 50% charge of the total cost of the stay.
• In case of a cancellation, the deposit paid will be used towards the cancellation charge.
