Aquadome Access

Guests who have booked the Summer Pool Party & BBQ may purchase Aquadome access earlier in the day, before the event begins at 6:00pm, for an additional £15 per adult and £12 per child, subject to availability and approval by the Aquadome team.

Please note that this option is only available on the same day as your booked event. For example, if your Summer Pool Party & BBQ booking is for 18th July, Aquadome access is only available during the day on 18th July, prior to the event starting at 6:00 pm. This policy helps us manage capacity and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Cancellations

Please note: The following cancellation policy applies only to bookings that have been paid in full in advance.

In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, bookings will be transferred to the next scheduled event date.

Should the event be cancelled by the guest, the following charges will apply:

  • Up to 30 days prior to the event – 25% of the anticipated account

  • Between 15 and 7 days prior to the event – 75% of the anticipated account

  • Between 6 days and the day of arrival – 100% of the anticipated account

Child Admissions
  • Children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 or over on a 1:1 ratio to use all areas of both pools. However, in the designated shallow area of the indoor pool, a 1:2 ratio is permitted.
  • We like to take into consideration your child’s swimming ability. Should you want your child to take our own Aquadome swim test, this will mean the under 8yrs policy will not apply. However, you will still need to keep your child in sight at all times.
  • Babies must wear a swim nappy, which we provide free of charge from our reception.
  • Babies in swim rings or baby floats should not use the pool slides.
  • Only children aged 14yrs and over may enter the Aquadome without an adult.
  • Children under 5yrs should be wearing arm bands which are available on loan from the Aquadome reception.
Pool Guidelines
  • Please do not run or jump in the pool area.
  • Diving is not permitted.
  • Scuba masks, snorkels or flippers must not be worn in the pool.
  • Please only photograph your own children.
  • No photography is permitted in the changing rooms.
  • Topless bathing is not permitted.
  • Children aged 6 years and older must use the changing room that aligns with their gender.
  • Only those over the age of 16yrs can use the sauna and steam room.
Flume Guidelines

Due to the nature of the flume - bends and fast moving water - please note the following and take instructions from the member of staff at the top of the flume.

  • Arm bands and swim rings are not permitted on the flume.
  • Only one rider is permitted at a time.
  • Children under the height of 1 metre or under the age of 5yrs are not allowed on the flume.
