Enjoy a specially created five-course menu, with a carefully chosen Henri Ehrhart wine to complement each course.

With a rich family winemaking heritage in Alsace, France, Henri Ehrhart brings generations of passion and expertise to every bottle. We’re delighted to welcome Henri’s son, Cyrille Ehrhart, who will introduce each wine and its pairing, sharing stories from the family winery along the way.

After dinner, sit back and enjoy live music from Michael Hutchings to round off a memorable evening at the Merton.

About Henri Ehrhart

Maison Henri Ehrhart is a family-run wine house based in Ammerschwihr, at the heart of the Alsace vineyards, with a winemaking tradition spanning several generations.

Henri took over the family business in the 1970s and, together with his wife Raymonde, developed the Maison before passing the torch to his son Cyrille in 2009. Sophie joined her brother in 2012 as Sales and Marketing Director.

Today, Henri Ehrhart is one of Alsace's leading family wine houses, with 100% of its harvest HVE-certified since 2020. Its wines are created as a reflection of the region's terroir and the family's expertise, with an ambition to make Alsace wines both exceptional and accessible. Across the range, freshness, fruit and elegance are defining characteristics, alongside a continued focus on innovation and quality.
