We endeavour to appoint a mentor to every new team member, ensuring you have the necessary support to make your first few weeks at Seymour Hotels enjoyable and insightful.
The ideal placement length is between 6 and 12 months and we offer the chance to gain experience in kitchens, restaurants, bars, the rooms division and front of house.
We are always delighted to give local students the chance to experience our industry first hand through work tasters, open days, work shadowing, work experience, careers talks at school or holiday work.
