General Accommodation Reservations Policies

•    All rates and accommodation offers are subject to availability.
•    Accommodation offers cannot be combined with other accommodation offers.
•    Non-arrivals incur the same fee as the late cancellation fee of the specific rate booked.
•    All bookings are subject to the Seymour Hotels of Jersey’s full Terms & Conditions found in this link.

Flexible Rate

•    All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a credit card. 
•    Cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge. 
•    Bookings cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date will be subject to 100% charge of total booking value.

Advance Saver Rate

•    Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance of stay.
•    Reservations are 100% prepaid at the time of booking. 
•    Payment cannot be refunded.
•    Change of dates is not allowed.
•    Cancellations made are subject to 100% charge of deposit. 

Semi-Flex Saver Rate

•    Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance of stay.
•    Reservations are 100% prepaid at the time of booking. 
•    Payment cannot be refunded.
•    One change to the arrival date is allowed when requested in writing and confirmed more than 10 days before the date of arrival.
•    Any date changes that incur a higher price must be paid at the time the re-booking is made and will become part of the non-refundable deposit.
•    If the change of date results in a lower price, any remaining balance will be added to a Seymour Pounds card on arrival which can used for food and beverage purchases across the Seymour Group.
•    Changes are not allowed within 10 days of the arrival date. 
•    Cancellations made are subject to 100% charge of deposit.
