The fitness centre has cardio-vascular and weight-resistant equipment, together with a selection of free weights and a dedicated stretch area. Our qualified team will help with the equipment and put together an exercise programme to help you achieve your goals. 

The interactive TV system will keep you entertained while you work through your programme.

Classes, sauna and steam room

As a member, you can join any of the classes in our weekly program, including yoga, water aerobics and Zumba. And to relax your muscles after a workout, why not enjoy a sauna or steam room?
