Focuses on body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. Challenge yourself!
FIT BODY BALL
A class using a stability ball, challenging balance and core stability. It helps strengthen the whole body and improves body alignment. Strive for progress!
30 MIN HIT: LOWER BODY EXPRESS
Intensive 30 minute workout focusing on burning calories, strengthening core and sculpting legs & glutes. Fire up your lower body!
TOTAL BODY EXPRESS
Intensive 30 minute workout focusing on strength, endurance and shaping lower & upper body. Sweat is just fat crying!
