Since 2009, Andrew has honed his hospitality skills at some of Jersey's top restaurants, eventually joining the Greenhills team in 2018.
This Lancashire lad loves to entertain guests, ensuring parties of every size get the service and culinary experience Greenhills is renowned for.
When he's not pulling the strings in the restaurant, you'll find Andrew keeping fit or working on his own cooking skills. Food and drink aren't just a job for Andrew, they're his passion.
For 10 years, Lukasz Piestrasz has been responsible for putting perfection on a plate in our restaurant. He started his career at Greenhills as chef de partie, but Lukasz's passion for cooking has helped him climb all the way to the top.
Lukasz is a real family man and when he's not delighting guests with his culinary talent, he'll be spending quality time with his loved ones.
Leonor Pires was born and raised on the island of Madeira, but for 20 years she's been a valued member of the Greenhills family. As Head Housekeeper Leonor is ultimately responsible for making your room a clean and comfortable haven to return to each evening.
Outside of the hotel, Leonor is a keen walker. Exploring the island's beauty spots is one of her favourite past times and she recommends you pack your boots for a trip to Jersey.

Tiago's a one hotel guy: for 10 years he's been delighting Greenhills' guests with his attentive service and willingness to go the extra mile. Originally from Portugal, Tiago now finds himself most at home serving Lukasz's fantastic dishes in the restaurant and mixing delicious cocktails at the bar.
When Telma moved from her hometown of Porto Santo to Jersey eight years ago, Portugal lost a gem and Jersey gained a diamond. Fortunately for us she chose to bring her hospitality skills to Greenhills, and she hasn't looked back.
Telma loves to meet new guests, but it's the relationships with returning guests that really put a smile on her face.
In her spare time, Telma enjoys the best of Jersey's beaches and its heritage, and she recommends our guests do the same on their trip to the island.
