From scallops hand-picked in clear local waters to the sweetest Jersey Royal potatoes, plucked from the ground that very day, we are proud to use the finest Jersey produce.
FROM THE SEA

The Freshest Catch from Jersey's Seas

We're proud to buy our scallops from The Jersey Catch, one of the island's best fresh seafood suppliers. At the helm of this small family business are Josh Dearing and his father Mike.

All of their scallops are caught locally by divers, which ensures a less disturbed and healthier seabed, with minimum impact on the marine environment. Their sustainable fishing methods will provide abundant scallop stocks for years to come.

FROM THE FIELD

Famous Potatoes & Free-Range Hens

Our potatoes are grown by Adolph Larose, who is the third generation of his family to farm in St Ouen. He maintains many traditional farming methods including using local seaweed as a natural fertiliser.

Happy Hens is the oldest and largest producer of free-range eggs in Jersey. Proprietor Allan McCaffrey believes his customers appreciate that the high standards of welfare and freedom to roam make for happier hens and better tasting eggs. We certainly agree!

FROM THE FARM

The Finest Dairy, Meats & Veg

Our pork, sausage, bacon, milk, yoghurt & clotted cream are all from Classic Herd, the Island’s only independent dairy farm. Farmers Darren and Julia Quénault adopt the highest standard of ethics for the well being of the livestock

We source the finest Jersey vegetables from David Blake and his team at Three Oaks Vineries, who supply us with locally grown chilli’s, courgettes, cucumber, flat beans, peppers, rhubarb and tomatoes. Freshly picked every day.

SOMETHING REFRESHING

Squeaky Clean Apples

We stock pressed apple juice from Heritage Jersey Apple Press, made from squeaky clean handpicked apples! No sugar or sweetener is added - it is pure 100% pressed apple juice, including a blend of traditional Jersey apple varieties.

BEHIND THE BAR

Beer, Cider & Gin!

The Liberation Brewery, in one form or another, has been a traditional ingredient of Channel Island life for well over a century and its award winning Liberation Ale brims over with genuine local flavour.

Branchage cider is made by La Mare Vineyards from a blend of Estate apples, and fruit grown by local suppliers. They also produce Royal Gin, an artisanal gin crafted in Jersey using seven classic botanicals, balanced with the unique influence of the Jersey Royal Potato. Best enjoyed over a sprig of fresh mint, it's a 'must try'!
