Dine with your valentine this February at Greenhills
February is the time of year when romance blooms and we collectively celebrate St Valentine by spending valuable time with the one we love.
To mark the occasion - and the reopening of Greenhills from our winter break - head chef Lukasz has designed a Valentine's menu to truly savour, available from Wednesday the 14th until Sunday the 18th February.
Love and tenderness
To begin, you could try our refreshing gin cured salmon with wasabi emulsion, or a charming ham hock terrine accompanied by tonka bean mayonnaise and side of brioche.
Following the opener, the main courses are set to warm the cockles of your heart, from succulent beef Jacob’s Ladder & oxtail tortellini to roast brill served with gnocchi potato, heritage tomato and seasonal muscles.
Bringing the intimate dinner to a close are our selection of fruit-infused desserts: choose from an orange & dark chocolate bavarois, Malibu & coconut cheesecake with pineapple ice cream or a delightful strawberry & Champagne parfait.
