The Merton Hotel Jersey has a culture of creating moments of magic and memorable experiences for our guests and customers. We are looking for a passionate and bubbly lifeguard to join our Aquadome team

You should be enthusiastic and passionate about ensuring an amazing experience, the safety of others, and have excellent communication skills.

You need to be fit, focused and ready to go at all times. You'll be like a swimming superhero.

What will I be doing as a lifeguard at the Merton Hotel?                       

• To supervise guests using the Pool, Features and Flumes, ensuring a fun and safe experience is had by our Guests,
• Direct guests out of the pool in hazardous conditions
• Monitor pool-related activities closely when poolside
• Provide assistance to guests when appropriate or necessary
• Maintain a clean environment in and around the pool

What are we looking for?

• NPLQ and First Aid Qualification
• A good level of physical fitness, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment skills test in the water
• A commitment to Health and Safety.
• The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Flexibility in your job role and duties.
• The ability and enthusiasm to take on added responsibilities as they arise.
• A confident and calm professional manner, with good presentation and excellent motivational skills
