Zest food & hospitality festival begins!

We've always been rather proud of Jersey's hospitality industry! So when Zest Festival, a celebration of the very industry we are a part of, decided to make the Golden Apple Suite their central hub for the weekend, we couldn't have been happier. 

The island's foodies are already pouring into the event, which runs from Thursday 4th - Saturday 6th April. Masterclasses from craft beer production to perfecting pastry are taking place over the three days, and plenty of the industry's most talented kitchens are represented. 

Entry to all the masterclasses and demonstrations is FREE. So if you have a passion for food or hospitality, make sure you pay us a visit.
