The Pomme wins British Airways' Customer Excellence Award

Positive customer reviews are a welcome pat on the back for all of the team at The Pomme.

We love hearing that our efforts haven't gone unnoticed - and what's even better is that great reviews sometimes lead to big, shiny awards!

So thank you to all the guests who have stayed with us via our partner British Airways Holidays in 2018! Thanks to your kind reviews, we achieved a 9.1 out of 10 rating for the year and have been awarded a British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award.

According to BA Holidays, Customer Excellence Awards are presented every year to BA's top-rated hotels, based entirely on the feedback they receive from their customers. This year BA Holidays are only giving out about 450 awards, which means The Pomme ranks within the top 3% of their highest-rated hotels.
