The Pomme wins British Airways' Customer Excellence Award

Pomme d'Or Hotel is delighted to announce that it has received a British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2020, despite it being one of the most challenging years in the industry.

Thank you to all the guests who have stayed with us via our partner British Airways Holidays in 2020! Thanks to your kind reviews, we achieved a 9.3 out of 10 rating for the year.

According to BA Holidays, Customer Excellence Awards are presented every year to BA's top-rated hotels, based entirely on the feedback they receive from their customers. This year BA Holidays are only giving out about 475 awards, which means The Pomme ranks within the top 4% of their highest-rated hotels.
