All three Seymour Group hotels are delighted to have received a British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award

All three Seymour Group hotels, the Pomme d’Or, the Merton, and Greenhills are delighted to have received a British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award.

Based on unbiased guest reviews, this accolade recognises outstanding services, facilities and customer experiences offered by hotels around the world. All three hotels in the Seymour Group received an overall score of 9/10 or higher. 

British Airways Holidays gathered almost 24,000 independent reviews in 2021 and is awarding just 430 Customer Excellence Awards across the globe to recognise its top-rated hotels. This puts all three of our properties in the top 4% worldwide.
