You’ll be on a roll at our Fit Body Ball class
Fit Body Ball is a unique class using a large exercise ball, which challenges your balance and stability.
You’ll be guided through a range of exercises using the ball in this hour long class. Besides developing good overall muscle tone for your entire body, the ball provides numerous other benefits that range from rehabilitating back, hip, and knee injuries to delivering a powerful workout to improve core stability, posture, and muscle balance.
Improve your flexibility
Since you have to balance your body in many different ways during the class, you can help stretch out areas often missed in other workouts!
Strengthen the core muscles
Using an exercise ball can strengthen and stretch your body, improving core muscle strength and stability. You’ll build strength in your abdominal muscles and lower back muscles, both of which help protect the spine.
Improve your balance
Whether just sitting on the ball, lying on it for abdominal crunches or using it like a bench, your muscles will be constantly engaged and active!
Balancing on the round surface will not only improve your balance over time, but can also help you maintain a healthy posture.
