Great value for money
Our personal training sessions are amongst the most affordable in the island, starting from just £27.50* for 45 minutes.
Each PT session includes:
- Body measurements
- Nutrition advice and meal plans
- Body composition programme
- Fitness testing, strength, flexibility, endurance.
If you don't like the idea of training alone, we offer sessions for 2 people so you can train with your friend or partner whilst still getting the benefit of your personal trainer's expert advice.
- Single session: £35
- Single session for 2 people: £55
- 5 sessions + 1 free: £175
- 10 sessions + 2 free: £330
Our renovated fitness club is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machines and equipment, ensuring you get the most out of each session. We take your personal safety seriously, always teaching proper technique to help you avoid injury.
