Time for our summer class timetable
Now the weather is finally starting to change, we’ve been thinking of ways to keep your summer healthy and active with our schedule of exciting classes.
New additions include an outdoor Total Body Circuit with instructor Steve, who will put you through your paces in the fresh air on Saturday mornings.
We are also offering meditation on Monday evenings to keep you feeling zen throughout the week, as well as yoga sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Those who like to keep fit in the pool will enjoy our Wednesday morning Aqua Aerobic sessions with Magda, a gentle but effective way to tone the body.

Meditiation, Zumba and Lower Body Burst classes will start from April 29nd
