Outdoor fitness classes at the Aquadome
Whilst the sun is shining, the Aquadome gym team want to help members and guests make the most of the warm summer weather. There’s no better place to exercise than the great outdoors where you can breathe the fresh air and enjoy a cooling breeze, so we’re offering some great outdoor classes.
Now there’s no excuse to skip your gym session because you don’t want to be stuck indoors!
We’ve got 3 outdoor classes on our summer timetable, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Here’s a little more information to help you pick the class best for you.
Lower Body Burst Mondays – 17.30 to 18.00
Lower Body Burst focuses on the legs and bum with exercises such as squats, kicks, crunches and planks. These 30 minute high-intensity classes help you burn calories fast.
Aqua Aerobics Wednesdays – 11.30 to 12.15
This high energy class will have you performing a range of aerobic moves in the pool, guided by your motivational instructors. A great way to gently improve joint mobility, build strength and work out without overheating
Total Body Circuit Saturdays – 10.00 to 11.00
This diverse class will take place on our ball court. The sessions will vary each week to keep things interesting, but you can expect a mixture of mid to high intensity cardio, strength and flexibility exercises.
