New winter class timetable!
We’ve just launched our winter class timetable! Take a look at the new class times here, which will run until the 2nd of April.
As the nights are closing in, an evening class is perfect to re-energise yourself after work. Give Boxercise, Zumba or Magic Bars a go to pack a punch in the evening, or unwind with Stretch & Relax Yoga on Wednesday nights.
We’ve also got a brand new class for you to try called Tabata, a high intensity interval training session designed to get your heart rate up for short periods of time. This is a great one for increasing stamina and burning calories!

Not a member yet? All our classes are FREE for Premium Members and hotel guests, and £5 per class for Club Members.
