Join us on Monday mornings at 11am for this fun fitness focused class in the Aquadome pool!
Water Aerobics is truly a class that everyone can take part – regardless of your age, ability or experience - thanks to the water helping reduce impact on the body.
What are the benefits of Water Aerobics?
Even though the class is easier on the body than traditional cardio workouts, you’ll still burn plenty of calories and improve your fitness during the session. This high energy class will have you performing a range of aerobic moves in the pool, guided by your motivational instructors.
We’ll keep the music pumping whilst you get your body moving to the beat, giving yourself an energising workout in the water. The water’s buoyancy acts as a form of resistance, so strength exercises can be performed without using heavy weights.
Water Aerobics is a gently way to improve joint mobility, build strength and work out without overheating; all whilst getting involved in the energetic, fun and social atmosphere of the class!
Our fun and friendly water workouts will give you all the benefits of cardiovascular exercise, whilst providing natural levels of low-impact resistance. Join us on Mondays at 11.00 – 11.45 to take part!
