Get fit for summer! Join our Outdoor Total Body Circuit class
Why stay cooped up in the gym this summer when you can get out and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine whilst working out?
The Outdoor Total Body Circuit class will take place on our ball court every Saturday. The session will vary each week to keep things interesting, but you can expect a mixture of mid to high intensity cardio, strength and flexibility exercises.
We'll be making use of some equipment such as battle ropes, sand bags and kettle balls to get your muscles working, as well as some good old fashioned exercises such as star jumps, squats, lunges and push ups to improve your strength and stamina.
Benefits of Circuit training
The class is a great all-round fitness improver, and will help you strengthen your body whilst burning calories through cardio exercises. With the added benefit of being outdoors you'll get to enjoy the fresh air whilst working out to achieve that 'summer body'!
Join the class
The Outdoor Total Body Circuit class will be run by our friendly instructor Steve every Saturday morning from 10 – 11 am.
The first class will take place on April 27th and run every Saturday until the autumn. See you there!
