Short on time but want to get a high intensity workout? Our Body Burst classes are perfect for you!
At just 30 minutes long, these classes are intensive but with low impact, and suitable for all fitness levels.
Starting at 5.30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, this is the perfect workout to hit straight after work and pack a lot of punch into your busy schedule!
What is Body Burst?
At the Aquadome we offer 3 different Body Burst classes. Lower Body Burst focuses on the legs and bum with exercises such as squats, kicks, crunches and planks. Upper Body Burst works the arms, back and chest with the use of bands, dumbbells, plates and bars. Total Body Burst brings everything together to focus on the arms, bum and legs with a range of exercises using plates and dumbbells. Get ready for lunges, squats, bridges and deadlifts!
These 30 minute high intensity classes can have a surprising effect, as research has shown that a shorter and more intensive workout burns more calories per minute, and will result in a much stronger post-exercise reaction.
Lower Body Burst
Monday: 17.30 - 18.00
Upper Body Burst
Wednesday: 17.30 - 18.00
Total Body Burst
Friday: 17.30 - 18.00

All our classes are FREE for Premium Members, £5 per class for Club Members, and £6 per class for guests of members.
