Beat gym boredom with our Circuit Training classes
Looking for a fresh workout to help beat gym boredom? Every Friday at 10am we have our circuits class, where you’ll work through a number or exercises using different equipment in just 1 hour.
Whether you're a regular gym goer or just getting started with working out, circuit training is a great way to challenge your body in a variety of ways while boosting the fun factor.
What will the class involve?
Circuit training is a high intensity form of training that targets strength building and endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
During the class you will move from one exercise to another, meaning you’ll get to use a range of equipment and work on different areas of the body all at once. These exercises will vary from class to class and can include stretches, aerobic exercises and use of equipment such as kettle bells and weights.
What are the benefits of circuit training?
If you're looking for a full-body workout that will help build muscle strength and burn calories, circuit training is perfect for you.
By moving through multiple exercises during the class, you can beat the boredom of a long session on the treadmill and also help work on all areas of the body.
If you’ve always wanted to try a certain workout but have been intimidated by the equipment, this class is also a great way to introduce yourself to different exercises with help from our friendly instructor Steve.
