Making our guests happy has once again paid off! We’ve been awarded TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence. The certificate is awarded to businesses that have earned glowing customer feedback & reviews on TripAdvisor over the last 12 months.

Outstanding customer service is what we’ve always strived for at The Merton, and we believe it’s why so many of our guests return year after year.

Our Favourite Reviews

TripAdvisor is a great place to hear honest feedback from our guests. For the most part, the reviews leave us feeling an enormous sense of pride, and we’d like to share a few of our favourites with you.

Rosemary M from Downpatrick stayed with us in June and described the Merton as a "Brilliant hotel with excellent staff in a very convenient location". Some of her favourite features were the "Lovely interior, ultra friendly staff, comfortable rooms, fab food and great nightly entertainment".

Brianprice817 from Greatham in the UK stayed with us in May for the first time but "it would not be the last", he wrote. Brian was particularly impressed with the warm welcome he received: "We were greeted like long lost friends and dealt with in the most delightful manner.
