The Belvedere: a family restaurant full of flavour

The Belvedere is the Merton Hotel's main restaurant, where our guests gather to enjoy hearty breakfasts before heading off for a fun day of family activities.

Guests love our buffet breakfasts, but the real stars of the show at The Belvedere are our buffet dinners. Our Head Chef, Lee Carrol, and his team cook up themed menus featuring delicious dishes from all around the world, every night of the week.

Monday Mediterranean 

On Mondays, the kitchen team celebrate their favourite Mediterranean dishes including paella, pasta, fresh salads and chargrilled vegetables. 

Tuesday choices

On Tuesdays, we serve flavours from all around the world, from Thai curries to Italian Gnocchi.

Wednesday Carvery

Wednesday is our mid-week carvery night. Choose from delicious turkey, pork and lamb, or nut roast for our vegetarian guests. All served with all the trimmings. 

Euro Thursdays

On Thursdays, our chefs pick a theme from Europe and deliver their best loved dishes. French, Italian, German - what will you try? 

Friday Fish Night

Jersey is surrounded by water, so you can guarantee our fish is as fresh as it gets. On Fridays you can enjoy as much seafood as you like! 

Chef's Table Saturdays

Every Saturday, Lee gets his team to whip up his favourite dishes. The ones he knows that guests just can't get enough off. We don't know what they'll be, but we know they'll be delicious. 

Sunday... Roast of course!

What else would we serve on Sunday? Our buffet roasts are served with all the delicious trimmings. And the best bit is the gravy never, ever runs out!
