Stretch & Relax Yoga: every Wednesday, 19.10 to 19.50
Stretch & Relax Yoga is the perfect way to wind down after a long day. Elayne will help you focus on your breathing through measured stretching and subtle movement. This evening class reduces stress and sends you home happy and relaxed.
