This dish pairs the delicacy of local lobster with the richness of a traditional bisque. It's flavoursome, elegant and far from your average 'soup of the day'.

Jersey seafood sharing platter

Locally caught sea bass
Sea bass is Jersey's premier white fish. Flavoursome, delicate and versatile, sea bass is the perfect fish for so many dishes. We serve our locally caught fillets on a bed of crushed Jersey Royals, succulent samphire, fresh green asparagus and topped with locally-sourced mussels.
