Greenhills' Head Chef, Lukasz Pietrasz and his talented team have excelled themselves in designing an à la carte menu that doesn't just provide a taste of Jersey, but introduces you to the very best that the island has to offer.
The freshest seafood
Your journey through Jersey's culinary delights begins with some stunning starters. You can choose hand-dived scallops, harvested by local diver Josh Dearing. Or maybe oysters from the Royal Bay of Grouville are more to your taste. If you're a fan of locally caught crab, then you'll love the simplicity of our fresh Jersey crab meat served with cucumber and fennel. Food just doesn't get fresher than that!
Our Jersey Royals are dug in St Ouen, and make a fabulous accompaniment to the turbot and dover sole, which are caught locally whenever possible.
If you fancy trying a local delicacy with a difference, then you should definitely sample the Jersey blue cheese that provides the ideal background to the delicious Roscoff onion tarte tatin.
Our 2018 à la carte menu has been designed to appeal to all tastes, from lovers of local seafood to fans of wild game. And when you dine at Greenhills, you can be sure that everyone will enjoy their fill!
Open after a winter break
From 9th February, Greenhills Country House Hotel will be open after a short winter break, ready to welcome guests and diners for the first time this year.
