New menus for the summer
Our Head Chef, Lukasz Pietrasz, loves to encourage our guests to explore the wonderful world of fine food, so he regularly adapts and changes our menus to ensure they reflect the changing seasons. We're delighted that our summers menus have just arrived, giving locals and visitors alike an opportunity to sample some of the tastiest food that Jersey has to offer.
Lukasz has updated the full range of menus that we offer at Greenhills including the à la Carte menu, lunch and dinner menus, our Sunday lunch menu and our more informal, lounge and terrace menu.
The freshest taste of the sea
Locally caught bream stands out as one of the must-have items on the new dinner menu. If you've never tasted Jersey bream, then now is the time to try.
Bream is a truly delicious fish that's caught all around the island's coast and takes just a few hours to travel to your plate. Served with a tomato and pineapple salsa, coriander and just a hint of chilli, this is one of the freshest meals you'll ever eat!
On our à la carte menu, a couple of shellfish dishes really catch the eye. You can choose from hand-caught Jersey scallops which are accompanied by a lime mayonnaise and cucumber jelly, or six Royal Bay of Grouville oysters served with a mouth-watering shallot red wine vinegar. Yum!
If you prefer to eat informally or just want to relax in our garden, then the new Lounge and Terrace menu is the perfect way to help you while away the day.
Tapas are a particular favourite if you want to sit poolside and slowly work your way through a range of delicious tastes. For just £12 for three items, you can enjoy the traditional tapas tastes of patatas bravas with aioli, garlic king prawns or sauteed chicken livers with onion, coriander and a port jus, all washed down with a glass of Spanish Albariño from the Bodegas Castro Martin, just one of our favourites from our latest wine list.
