June's Gin of the Month: La Mare Jersey Royal Gin

Our Gin of the Month for June has one core ingredient that you'll find gracing the tables of the world's finest restaurants - Jersey Royal potatoes!

As a hotel and restaurant that promotes the use of local ingredients, we're proud to feature La Mare Wine Estate's Royal Gin as June's Gin of the Month.

Soaked in local heritage

Jersey's Royal Gin may not have the established reputation of many of the world's most famous tipples but, powered by the Jersey Royal Potato, it certainly has local heritage and, like new potatoes, Royal Gin is best served over a sprig of mint.

Royal Gin is lovingly made in small batches at La Mare Wine Estate, where seven carefully selected botanicals are used to create the base before elderflower, grown on the estate itself, is added to create a truly unique infusion that captures the essence of this beautiful corner of Jersey.

Ours to share with you

As an artisanally crafted, small batch gin, you won't find it in supermarkets or the off licence at the corner of the street. In fact, we count ourselves lucky to have a batch in stock that we're delighted to be able to share with you.
