June's Cocktail of the month - Pusser's Ginger Sea Dog
Dark rum and ginger beer are a match made in sailor heaven. The two spicy drops serve as the foundations for a raft of cocktails with obscure names like the Jamaican Mule, the Dark 'n' Stormy and The Buck. But as far as odd cocktail names go, nothing comes close to Pusser's latest masterpiece, The Ginger Sea Dog.
Light and spicy, The Ginger Sea Dog is best enjoyed whilst lounging in the summer sun with an empty schedule. This zinger of a cocktail uses May's rum of the month, Pusser's, with a mix of ginger beer, a dash of Angostura bitters and citrus wedges to get your tastebuds dancing. It's the true taste of Caribbean, right here on our own paradise island.

What makes a Ginger Sea Dog?
60ml Pusser's Rum
180ml Ginger Beer
A dash of Angostura Bitters
A wedge of lime
A wedge of lemon
Putting it together
Place ice into a large glass. Add rum and ginger beer. Squeeze lime wedge and lemon wedge over top of drink and drop into the glass. Stir briefly. Add Angostura bitters and serve.
