Introducing our new à la carte menu
Curated by our Head Chef Lukasz Pietrasz, our new à la carte menu is another celebration of the finest locally sourced ingredients, cooked with the level of care and expertise you've come to expect of our Country House Hotel team.
The updated menu features an array of new dishes, but the most prominent addition comes in the form of our new game menu. Our game dishes are a superb celebration of autumn, and include ingredients you won't see on many Jersey menus including wild boar, pheasant and guinea fowl.
You'll be pleased to hear that many of our restaurant favourites still remain, including our famous Chateaubriand, beef Stroganoff and grilled Dover sole.
Our local suppliers
Whenever we can, we use locally grown, foraged or raised produced. Our Aberdeen Angus steaks are raised from calf to beef by Paul Houzé on his farm in St Saviour, where the herd grazes freely.
Our scallops are hand dived by Josh Dearing from the clear waters that surround our Island, while fresh lobster and crab are caught using traditional methods by intrepid local fishermen.
And, cream of the crop, nothing quite compares to our delicious milk, cream, yoghurt and cheese from Classic Herd, the Island’s only independent dairy farm.
