Designed by our Head Chef, Lukasz Pietrasz, the Greenhills Easter seafood menu combines the flavours of our local seas with some of the world's most interesting and exciting tastes.

Inspired by the crisp, clean flavours of Japan, why not start with an octopus carpaccio served with wasabi emulsion and pickled ginger? Alternatively, you might prefer the rich taste of pan-fried, hand-caught scallops with a celeriac and truffle purée, or North Atlantic salmon with oyster mayonnaise.

Whatever you choose to start your seafood feast, you'll be waiting with anticipation for your internationally-inspired main course.

Our poached lobster tail with beetroot purée and herb gnocchi combines the flavours of the land with those of the sea, creating a taste sensation that will leave you wanting more!

If shellfish is your preferred dish, then you could opt for another Japanese twist in the shape of a tempura of soft shell crab with noodle salad and a chilli and yuzu dressing.

However, if white fish is more your style, then you'll love our halibut with brown shrimp butter and mussels, or the hake with razorfish and prawn tortellini.
