We love fresh local produce. And there’s no better dish to showcase the fresh local shellfish that arrives here daily than the fruits de mer. This seafood feast is suitable for two or more people and is packed full of the best seasonal shellfish.

The freshest shellfish

The fruits de mer is a recent addition to our lunch, dinner and light bites menus. Our version of this iconic French platter consists of a whole dressed crab, oysters, gambas, smoked salmon, lobster and prawns (catch permitting), served on a bed of ice with salad and a range of fresh condiments. Fruits de mer needs be ordered at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can source the finest, freshest shellfish possible.

Eat in the restaurant or the garden

 You can enjoy a Greenhills’ fruits de mer in the comfort of our spacious, beautifully appointed, award-winning AA Rosette restaurant. Or if you’d prefer to soak up some late summer sun, why not have this shellfish extravaganza served to you in our stunning gardens - al fresco style.
