Al Fresco Dining in the Green Heart of Jersey
The Greenhills Country House Hotel is renowned throughout the island for the quality of its food and the friendly, attentive service that makes everyone feel welcome.
A great reputation
Our restaurant team, led by Head Chef Lukasz Pietrasz, has developed a well-earned reputation for serving wonderful meals packed full of local ingredients. Locals and visitors alike come from all over the island to dine in the cosy atmosphere of the Greenhills restaurant.
Al fresco delights
There is, however, one way to take the Greenhills dining experience to another level, and that's to dine al fresco, bathed in sunshine in our beautiful gardens.
On a sunny day the tranquility of our garden is hard to beat. Sheltered from spring and summer breezes, surrounded by the buzzing of bees attending to our stunning floral displays, the garden is a place in which you can truly relax. Whether you're just passing by for a refreshing drink or staying for a three course meal, dining al fresco at Greenhills is a life-enriching experience!
Breakfast with the birds
Our overnight guests can enjoy a beautiful start to the day by eating breakfast to the sound of birdsong in the Greenhills garden. There really is no better way to begin a new day than surrounded by the tunes of Jersey's woodland birds.
Light bites bathed in sunshine
The garden at Greenhills is the perfect place to bring friends and family for a light bite or sumptuous Jersey cream tea in the afternoon, and it's also an ideal alternative venue for a discreet business meeting.
Our extensive light bites menu offers the best of Jersey's seafood, from fresh crab sandwiches to hand-dived scallops, or you can choose and share from our tasty tapas menu. Food and drinks are served throughout the day, but when the sun shines be warned - a quick drink can turn into a very long and lazy afternoon!
As the sun sets on another glorious day, there's always time to enjoy an apéritif before dinner at Greenhills. Enjoy the unique atmosphere in our garden as the birds sing again at the close of the day, before you head indoors for a wonderful meal in our restaurant.Back to News >
