Where are the Merton Suites?
The Merton Suites are located
adjacent to the Merton Hotel but not linked.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check in is at 3.00 pm and check out
at 10.00 am on the day of departure. Up until 31st March
check-in must be after 3.00pm but not after 9.00 pm. Check-out
cannot be made before 6.00 am.
Are there a minimum number of nights I must stay?
There is a minimum stay of
7 nights between 2nd June 2012 and 14th September 2012
in any of our Suites for Saturday arrivals, at other times the
minimum stay is 3 nights. Up until 31st March 2012 the
Suites are only available for a minimum of 7 nights with discounts
for longer stays. Suites available from as little as £38.50 per
night for long stays!
Does the price include breakfast?
No, however breakfast can be
purchased locally in the Merton Hotel.
Can I book dinner in advance?
Yes, for guests who would still like
to eat a three course evening meal in our Belvedere
Restaurant, the advance rate is £18.50 per adult and £9.25 per
child per night, a saving of over 20% on normal prices!
Can we use the facilities of the Merton
Hotel?
Yes, all the facilities including
the Aquadome and Leisure Centre, all bars and restaurants,
entertainment, children's clubs etc.
Will my Suite be serviced?
Yes, there will be a light daily
service of your accommodation. Up until 31st March 2012
this service will be weekly, although a daily cleaning service and
linen change can be arranged for £25.00 per Suite per
day.
Can the stowaway bunk beds be used for
adults?
No, the sofa beds are restricted for
use by children under the age of 16.
Is linen provided in the Merton Suites?
Yes all bed linen is provided,
as well as towels that can be changed daily at your
request.
Is there a laundry available on site?
Yes there is a laundry room within
the building with coin operated washers and driers for your
convenience.
Do the Suites have double or twin beds in the main
bedroom?
The Durrell Suite has a 5ft double
bed and the Dodo Suite has a twin zip and link bed for
flexibility.
Are there any special offers available?
Yes, we have a number of exciting offers including
our popular Advance Purchase Rate. Watch out for more offers
throughout the year and special long term lets in the winter
season.
Are there cots available?
Yes, there are a limited number of
cots available, please notify us at the time of booking.
Is there car parking available?
Yes, there is a private car park for
Merton Suites customers only, in a secure and lit area.
Is there a porter's service available?
Yes, our team of porters at the
Hotel will be happy to assist with luggage.
Is there a separate reception desk?
No but just make your way to the
Merton Hotel reception where our staff will be able to assist you.
When the hotel is closed (Dec - March, check-in will be in the
Merton Aquadome and Leisure Club adjacent to the hotel)
Are the Suites non-smoking?
Yes, all of the Suites and Hotel are
non smoking
Are pets allowed in the Merton Suites?
No, we have a strict policy that no
pets are allowed in the Merton Suites
Do you provide BBQ's?
No, BBQ's are not provided and
cannot be used on the balconies
