The 'Royal's' crescent of seashore sand tumbles across the rocky
intertidal zone and seaward toward alien structures for us to
explore. Seafood delights hang in abundance on timber poles, and on
beds of steel, mesh bags contain the pearls of the sea. Shore life
here is minuscule to its Ramsar environment and flowing back inland
is the genuine Jersey gourmet farming scenario to be witnessed on
the way.
