Students & school leavers
We are keen to design individual training programmes to meet the
needs of Diploma and Degree students on Industrial Placement. The
ideal placement length is between 6 and 12 months and we offer the
chance to gain experience in kitchens, restaurants, bars,
housekeeping and front of house.
We are always delighted to give Jersey students the chance to
experience our industry first hand through work tasters, open days,
work shadowing, work experience, careers talks at school, holiday
work etc.
