Advance Saver Rate

• Bookings on the Advance Saver Rate must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for cancellations, non-arrivals or changes to bookings.
• These discounts do not apply to travel inclusive bookings made on our website, cannot be combined with any other offer and are subject to withdrawal at any time.

Semi-Flex Saver Rate

• One change to the arrival date is allowed when requested in writing and confirmed more than 10 days before the date of arrival.
• Changes are not allowed within 10 days of the arrival date.
• Only one date change is permitted per reservation and must be booked within 12 months of original stay
• Bookings on the Semi-Flex Saver Rate must be made at least 2 days in advance of stay and pre-paid in full.
• Any date changes that incur a higher price must be paid at the time the re-booking is made and will become part of the non-refundable deposit
• If the change of date results in a lower price, any remaining balance will be added to a Seymour Pounds card on arrival which can used for food and beverage purchases across the Seymour Group

• Cancellations made are subject to 100% charge of deposit, no refunds for cancellations or non-arrivals
