Fuel autumn walks with a bite to eat at Greenhills

16 Nov 2017

There are few better ways to pass an autumn day than to take a walk through Jersey's stunning countryside. From the wild and rugged coast to golden leaf-strewn lanes, Jersey has a walk for everyone.

Whether you're a hardened hiker or a relaxed rambler, walking remains one of the best ways to see the island and, as the days grow shorter, there are few better cures for the winter blues than a stroll in the countryside.

The perfect situation

Located in the heart of rural Jersey, overlooking St Peter's Valley at the top of Mont de l'Ecole, Greenhills is perfectly situated as the beginning, end or midpoint of several great walking routes.

Our fabulous restaurant and bar staff will offer you a wonderful welcome when you call in for a drink and a light bite to sustain you during your trek. As the autumn temperatures drop, you'll appreciate the cosy warmth of our lounge where food is served from 7:30am to 9:00pm.

Our light bites menu offers a variety of tastes, from tapas to stackers, and from homemade burgers to fresh hand-caught scallops. There really is something for everyone, and we promise that our portions offer plenty to keep you going on the walk ahead!
