24 Hour Delegate Package
Valid until 31st December 2008 - £150.00
The Standard 24 hour conference package includes:
- Accommodation in a standard room
- Full English breakfast
- Conference room hire, inclusive of lectern, flipchart, OHP, screen, microphone and PA system.
- Pads, pens, mints, cordial and mineral water
- Arrival & mid-morning tea/coffee and homemade biscuits
- Three course buffet luncheon
- Afternoon tea/coffee and sweet snacks
- Four course dinner in The Harbour Room Restaurant
The prices quoted below are per delegate, subject to availability and a minimum number of delegates as per our day delegate rates.

Special Events - We are able to arrange a programme of entertainment for your delegates to enjoy, including Race Nights, Casino Nights, Cabaret and many others.
Delegate Programmes - Sightseeing tours can be organised including leisure and sport activities, team-building events etc.
Spouse Programmes - We can also arrange separate itineraries for spouses/partners.
Day Delegate Package
Valid from 1st May to 31st December 2008 - £42.75 per delegate
Price includes GST at the applicable rate of 3%
The daily delegate package includes:
- Tea/coffee and pastries on arrival
- Conference room hire, including standard equipment
- Pads, pens, mints, cordial and mineral water
- Mid morning tea/coffee and homemade biscuits
- Three course buffet luncheon in The Harbour Room Restaurant
- Afternoon tea/coffee and sweet snacks
