24 Hour Delegate Package

Valid until 31st December 2010 - £165.00
All rates shown are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate of 3%

The standard 24 hour conference package includes:

 

  • Accommodation in a standard room.
  • Full English breakfast.
  • Conference room hire, room set-up, data projector and screen, microphone and PA system, delegate pads, pens, mineral water and sweets. 
  • Arrival tea/coffee & bacon roll.
  • Mid-morning tea/coffee and homemade biscuits.
  • 3 course carvery lunch in the Harbour Room Restaurant.
  • Afternoon tea/coffee, scones and assorted soft drinks. 
  • 3 course dinner in the Harbour Room Restaurant
The Standard 24 hour delegate package is based on one delegate in single accommodation. Prices for spouse’s or two delegates sharing a twin room are available on request.

Day Delegate Rate

The day delegate rate includes:

  • Conference room hire, room set-up, data projector and screen, microphone and PA system, delegate pads, pens, mineral water and sweets.
  • Arrival tea/coffee and bacon roll.
  • Mid-morning tea/coffee and homemade biscuits.
  • 3 course carvery lunch in the Harbour Room Restaurant.
  • Afternoon tea/coffee, scones and assorted soft drinks.

Special Events – We are able to arrange a programme of entertainment for your delegates to enjoy, including race nights, casino nights, cabaret and many others.

Delegate Programmes – Sightseeing tours can be organised including leisure and sport activities or team-building events.

Spouse Programmes – We can also arrange separate itineraries for spouses/partners.
