The Merton Hotel is fast establishing itself as a popular conference and function venue on the Island of Jersey.

The Star Room and Belvedere Restaurant are ideal for dinner functions and cater for up to 350 people for a sit down meal. The Star Room is also an excellent venue for meetings and conferences of up to 150 people, with audio-visual and technical systems available to support every conference organiser’s needs.
